Honda Recalls 118,598 2019 CR-Vs To Fix Airbag Deployment Problem

Honda has recalled more than 118,000 2019 CR-V models due to problems with the driver-side airbag. According to papers filed with the National HIghway Traffic Safety Administration, the routing of the airbag's wiring harness is the issue. It is routed near the steering wheel core which may have burrs or other imperfections that can cause the airbag to fire randomly potentially hurting the driver.
