Tesla Raising $1.7 billion will it be enough?

Another piece of the Tesla model 3 puzzle is fitting into place. Tesla filed a Prospectus to offer 9,577,901 shares of common stock that should bring in on the top end $1.7 billion to fund the Model 3 rollout.
