Despite the rebound move just before the State of the Union Address, General Motors (NYSE: GM) is showing weakness from Friday's close, even after the first hour of Monday morning trading.

After closing up in anticipation of a good annual report, Ford stock (NYSE: F) plunged on the open after a dismal 4th quarter profit report.

Perhaps it’s related to another Toyota recall, but Ford (NYSE: F) broke out from the open and stayed strong to the upside all day, closing near 18.36 on 64 million shares.

Honda Motors (NYSE: HMC) stock performance seems to reflect the success of its dream philosophy, its quality and its performance in the hands of its customers.

Toyota Motors (NYSE: TM) got recalled this morning right along with its notice that another 1.7 million vehicles will be recalled.

Despite the downward move into January option expiration last week, General motors (NYSE: GM) is showing intraday strength just before the State of the Union Address.
