The Tesla Cybertruck is going to be the ultimate police car. It has bulletproof steel, speed like a sports car, and is extremely durable. There are also armored accessories available for purchase.

Tesla Cybertruck - The Ultimate Police Car

The Tesla Cybertruck is going to be the ultimate police car. With its combination of a bulletproof steel exoskeleton, crash tested durability, low center of gravity, and handling just like a sports car, it is going to be desired by police forces all around the world.

At the Cybertruck delivery event, Elon Musk showed a video of the Cybertruck racing a Porsche 911 and beating it - while towing another Porsche 911. That's fast!

First off, let's talk about the handling and steering like a sports car. The Cybertruck will allow for very tight turning in close quarters using its steer-by-wire technology. This technology will turn the back wheels a lot when going at slow speeds and a little when going at high speeds. The direction of the wheels will also be different at low speeds compared to high speeds.

The end result is very precise and easy handling regardless of how fast the Cybertruck is going. Someone in the police force is going to value this, as many times, a police car needs to maneuver quickly to block off another car or suspect.

Next is the bulletproof steel exoskeleton. This stands up to a Tommy Gun and 9 mm bullets from hand guns and shotguns. Being a policeman is a very dangerous profession and being in the Cybertruck will create a measure of safety - whether inside of it, or needing to use it as a barricade in case of a shoot out.

The steel exoskeleton will not only be very durable and able to withstand bullets, but it will also hold up to wear and tear exceptionally well and not rust, making for a long-lasting vehicle.

More Advantages For the Police Force

The Cybertruck can tow 11,000 lbs. This is on par with other trucks sold on the market today. However, the Cybertruck has shown to be superior in its towing capabilities by towing a 40,000 lbs. car farther than any other truck on the market today.

Why would a police car need to care about towing? Sometimes a police car needs to be able to tow a vehicle that is in violation of the law - or it needs to be able to push against another vehicle and move it out of the way. The Cybertruck will be able to do both.

The Cybertruck has a 48 volt architecture and a 15 speaker sound system with two subwoofers. While in the Cybertruck, someone from the police force will have crystal clear sound with whoever they are talking to - and the volume will be able to be heard easily in the event of a chase or situation with a lot of noise like a shoot out.

Armor and Other Accessories

UnpluggedPerformance has a suite of armor and accessories to boost the Cybertruck, including "invincible" rear and front bumpers, along with side panels for protection.

Lastly, the Cybertruck will have an optional range extender for situations where the Cybertruck needs to be able to handle a long drive on the road. The range extender will boost the range to up to 470 miles. This might involve a police chase or the need to tow something a long distance. Either way, there is an option to extend the range.

I'm looking forward to seeing what wraps the police force chooses for the Cybertruck and seeing it enter the police force. It will prove to be a valuable vehicle in service of the law.
