Prius most traded-in car for Volt and Leaf, because of HOV stickers?

Both GM and Nissan claims the Toyota Prius is the most-often-traded-in car for the Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf, citing this factoid as a success of their electric car programs, but the real reason appears to be stickers for solo drivers to drive in California's HOV lanes.

Hyundai extends its military incentive program to include veterans
