The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has launched an investigation into certain model year Nissan Pathfinder and Infiniti QX4 sport utility vehicles over suspension corrosion concerns that could cause a loss of steering in the worst situations.

Camaro comfortably outsells Mustang, Challenger in January 2011

January certainly isn’t the ideal sales month for the Big 3’s rear wheel drive muscle cars, but the Camaro managed to outsell the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger even though the high performance Chevy saw an 11% drop in sales compared to January last year.

Hedge fund lawsuit against Porsche dismissal appealed

In late December, a US District Judge in New York dismissed the multi-billion dollar lawsuit filed by Black Diamond Offshore and Elliott Associates LP against Porsche for the investing impact felt by their failed attempt to buy up a massive chunk of Volkswagen and not surprisingly, that dismissal has been appealed by Black Diamond and Elliot on the behalf of their 39 plaintiffs.
