Elon Musk Responds After Jay-Z and Beyonce Take Delivery of Their Brand New White Interior Tesla Cybertruck & Immediately Wrap it Matte Black

Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce have taken delivery of a white interior Tesla Cybertruck and immediately wrapped it in black. Elon Musk has responded to this decision.

With their ability to carry large objects and travel long distances, trucks are primarily meant as tools to complete a job. In particular, full-sized pickup trucks with a six-foot-long truck bed and beefy suspension are ideal for the job site.

However, in the past few years, pickup trucks have crossed over from simple tools for a job and have become lifestyle vehicles with bells and whistles that match luxury vehicles.

Expensive pickup trucks with MSRPs over $60,000 now make up the largest segment of the US auto market and account for the lion’s share of profit for the same automakers.

The tested and true method for building an outstanding pickup truck has been a six-foot bed, a powerful v8 or v6 engine, advanced suspension, cameras, a luxurious/spacious interior, and other technological offerings.

The system was working perfectly; automakers were making the trucks people asked for, and in return, they were racking in profits.

That was at least until Tesla and Elon Musk came and disrupted the entire truck market with the Cybertruck. The Cybertruck resembles more an armored truck from the future than a conventional pickup truck.

Given its out-of-the-box design, many people criticized Tesla for building the Cybertruck instead of a conventional electric truck. They lamented that the EV maker missed out on a significant profit opportunity.

Although the Cybertruck was exciting, there were doubts about whether people would purchase and use the vehicle for their job site or as a daily driver.

Tesla started delivering the Cyberytruck at the end of November, and the truck appears to be a smashing success.

We have seen many people showing their Cybertrucks in public, including Jay Leno, Serena Williams, husband and Reddit creator Alexis Ohanian, Pharrell Williams, and so on.

And over the weekend, a new couple, Jay-Z and Beyonce, joined the Cybertruck bandwagon.

Thanks to a picture posted on Instagram by Lenny Santiago, the vice president of Roc Nation, we know that Jay-Z is now the new owner of a brand new white interior Cybertruck.

So what does his new Cybertruck look like from the outside? It appears that Jay-Z has chosen to wrap his Cybertruck matte black immediately after delivery. The matte black exterior and white interior give Jay-Z’s Cybertruck a beautiful contrasting look.

Although undoubtedly aesthetically pleasing, the Cybertruck’s exposed stainless steel exterior was meant to eliminate paint – an expensive yet flimsy layer – from outside the truck.

Elon Musk and the Tesla team decided to leave the Cybertruck’s exterior with exposed stainless steel to increase the truck’s durability.

However, most new Cybertruck owners have chosen to wrap their trucks in various colors, sacrificing practicality in the name of individuality.

So how did Elon Musk respond to seeing Jay-Z and Beyonce’s wrapped matte black Cybertruck? The Tesla CEO saw the truck on Twitter and appeared impressed with the wrap job, writing simply, “Nice.”

In this instance, Musk doesn’t appear too bothered that by wrapping his Cybertruck matte black, the famed rapper has significantly sacrificed the truck’s durability.

Currently, both men appear satisfied with the Cybertruck, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted as we learn more about the issue at hand. Until then, visit our site, torquenews.com/Tesla, regularly for the latest updates.

So what do you think? Happy to see Jay-Z and Beyonce’s matte black Cybertruck? What do you make of the celebrity trend in purchasing the Cybertruck? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

i would like to purchase (finance) the said 2023 Dodge ram 1500 at the said clearance price of $10,000....
Seriously though...i unfortunately sustained a permanent ankle injury, had several surgeries resulting in my ankle bone being fused together with metal rods.
Ultimately...i cant flex my ankle. it is so difficult ( painful) for me to walk. But thankfully i can barely walk... i really need a reliable Dodge ram truck. Please, 🥺

Hi, Fellow Pimp Limper! I have a 1500 that I bought myself as a gift for surviving an insane car crash and will just mention: Make SURE you get a truck with step-up bars. You will regret it if you dont trust me! I rented a version that didn't have em and, yeah, didn't keep it long.

This may be the worse article I’ve ever read. I’ve now completely blocked torque news from my Google news feed. I’ll never see an article from this site ever again.

FACTS 💯... No one cares about that PEDO who feeds "candy" to his wife.... Diddy was first, J's next💯💯💯.... They are DISGUSTING!!! 🤮🤮 TY @FoxxyBrown for making it connect.... ❤️U Girl!! 💯

This is absolutely horrible. Whole lotta people waffle and yapping about something completely unrelated and like a single paragraph about the title. I think I learned how to write articles in grade 5, and I would have done a better job back then

I don't agree that the truck's durability has been compromised.
Putting any kind of coating on Stainless Steel has zero effect in reducing the durability of Stainless Steel. It's just not an issue. Stainless Steel is about the most durable material that can be used for the exterior panels.

I agree and to think a practically air and water tight seal wraps have would affect it is dumb wraps were made to protect not just for looks so I will say this !!!!!!NARF!!!!!!

Stainless steel depends on exposure to oxygen to maintain the passivation layer that prevents corrosion. When it is placed in an anaerobic environment (inside a wrap) and water is introduced, it can corrode. This is one reason it is not a good idea to use vinyl-coated stainless steel wire in marine applications.

So as long as there are no nicks or cuts in the wrap, and no water gets in anywhere, it should be ok. They probably won't keep the truck long enough for it to be an issue anyway.

How does wrapping a vehicle that is prone to water spots and surface rust (or needs to be rinsed/washed almost daily) "... significantly sacrificed the truck’s durability." It's not like anyone is replacing body panels or chemically altering the vehicle. They're essentially putting a sticker over it!

This article was a huge waste of time. It had nearly nothing to do with the title and when you comb though all the bull and ads you find a far from buzz worthy response that in no mean deserves an entire article written about

To say this truck disrupted the truck market is a poor attempt at comedy at best. Being delayed for years, having quality issues with the stainless that rusts, isnt disruptive at all. It only proves people with low self esteem and a lot of money want to feel special.

There is a reason EV is declining, the new hydrogen hybrid models are the true future of cars and trucks.

I’m not a hater, I could not any careless what anyone drives, and recognize there is a small place for pure EV in towns, but not anywhere else.

Real pickup trucks have an 8' bed, not 6.... you can't put a 4x8 piece of plywood in a 6' bed. It's not a really a truck, in my opinion. I see no reason to go to Mars, either.

It extends??? Bro just look at any article about the cyber truck. It also lets it fit into a garage no problem... I'm not a fan of it, but man don't open your mouth and prove to everyone your stupid, just let them think it.

The post showing the Cybertruck and the Ram doesn't show off the importance of the stainless steel construction ... It shows the lack of crumple zones that the Cybertruck has.
