Subaru doesn't have the luxury of launching a lackluster all-electric SUV as other automakers like Tesla offer. According to Subaru President and CEO Tom Doll, the automaker is launching a new all-electric SUV, and it's less than two years away and it will have some certain distinct characteristics to compete with Tesla.

In 2022, Subaru Corporation will bring its first-ever electrified SUV developed with Toyota, which may be called Evoltis, and it needs to have the same core values that make Subaru successful, or it will fail.
