Ram is Phasing Out its 2024 Ram 1500 TRX With a Spectacular Final Edition

The 700+ horsepower supertruck has a 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8. Ram is sending its super beast off in style!

Ever since the Ram 1500 TRX debuted in 2020 as a 2021 model, it has ruled the truck world. The behemoth with the 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8 was the fastest, most powerful half-ton pickup. Boy, it was a fun truck to drive. Now, Ram is putting its “Apex Predator of the Truck World” to rest with a spectacular 2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition. It will be pricey at well over $100,000, but it will come with all the bells and whistles.

2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition

As Stellantis, Ram’s parent company, prepares to start building EVs in North America it is phasing out a number of vehicles. Earlier this year, Dodge announced the “Last Call” special editions of the 2023 Dodge Challengers and Chargers. The iconic Chrysler 300 is also ending its run at the end of 2023.

The 2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition will offer unique exterior colors and premium badging to mark the conclusion of TRX production. As with the other models being phased out, production of the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX with the 6.2L HEMI V-8 will end at the Sterling Heights, Michigan, plant by the end of 2023.

Ram will limit the 2024 model-year production to 4,000 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition models worldwide. Ram will still produce some other Ram TRX models, aside from the Final Editions, until the end of 2023.

The Ram 1500 TRX is rated at 702 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque with the 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V-8 engine. The TRX has an incredible top speed of 118 mph. The Ram TRX launches from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds with a quarter mile in 12.9 seconds at 108 mph.

 

Details About the Ram 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition

The 2024 Ram 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition will be available in eight exterior colors. Three colors will be unique to the Final Edition: Delmonico Red, Night Edge Blue and Harvest Sunrise.

 

The 2024 Ram 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition will have special Satin Titanium bead-lock capable wheels with a matching 6.2-liter hood badge and bed decal. Inside, the Final Edition will feature Patina stitching on the dashboard, seats and an embroidered “TRX” seat back logo. The TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition will have a unique cluster splash screen as well as a center console badge showcasing the build number. A passenger-side TRX dashboard badge in Satin Titanium finish and suede door panel inserts are also included. The interior also includes matte carbon fiber on the instrument panel, doors, console and steering wheel.

Additional standard equipment includes a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, Head-Up Display, digital rearview mirror and 8-way power driver and passenger seats.

Safety features include adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist, pedestrian emergency braking blind-spot and cross-path detection and ParkSense front and rear park assist with stop.

 

When the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition Will be Available

The Ram 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition is available at a starting price of $117,625, plus $1,995 destination fees. The Final Editions will be available starting in the fourth quarter of 2023.
