The 2022 Subaru Forester is in high demand and is now the fastest-selling new vehicle across the U.S. See where it’s selling the fastest of any car brand’s model.

If you are searching for a 2022 Subaru Forester, it is one of the most difficult to find new cars this summer. The 2022 Subaru Forester compact SUV could be the hardest to find new model anywhere in the U.S., but there’s one state where it flies off retailers’ lots faster than any brand’s vehicle. A recent study from iSeeCars reveals the Forester is the fastest-selling new vehicle across all states in Maryland, where it takes 5.3 days to sell.

Analyzing over 224,000 car sales in June 2022, iSeeCars.com found that overall, the average new car takes 37.2 days to sell. The Subaru Forester sells there 31.9 days faster than the average new car in America. It’s selling fast because it’s affordable, fuel-efficient, and gets the highest safety ratings. Forester also offers excellent cargo space and all-weather capability with standard Subaru Symmetrical all-wheel-drive system and X-Mode for all-terrain performance.

What is the price of the 2022 Subaru Forester?

The 2022 Forester comes in six trim levels; The Base Forester starts at $27,070, Premium ($30,070), Sport ($31,640), Limited ($33,750), new Wilderness trim level ($34,695), and Touring ($37,170). Pricing includes destination and delivery fees ($1,175).

What is the Forester fuel mileage?

The refreshed 2022 Subaru Forester compact SUV comes with standard all-wheel drive and gets an EPA estimated 29 combined mpg and 26/33 city/highway mpg. A 2.5-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine powers the Forester.

What are Forester’s safety scores?

The newly-refreshed 2022 Subaru Forester earned the highest Top Safety Pick+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). Forester also gets a five-star award from the NHTSA.

The 2022 Subaru Forester isn’t the fastest-selling new car in America. That distinction goes to another Subaru all-wheel-drive vehicle, the 2022 Subaru Crosstrek subcompact SUV. The analysis reveals that Subaru Crosstrek is the fastest-selling new vehicle in today’s market, taking an average of 12.9 days to sell.

The Forester is the third fastest-selling new vehicle in America, taking 14.7 days to sell.

The fastest selling and hardest to find new cars are the 2022 Subaru Crosstrek (12.9 days to sell), followed by the Honda Civic (14.1), Subaru Forester (14.7), Honda CR-V (17.7), Subaru Impreza (18,5), Kia Telluride (18.6), Kia Forte (18.6), BMW X3 (19.4), Ford Bronco (21.5), Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (22.3), Subaru Outback (22.9), and Kia Sportage (22.9).

Customers shopping for a 2022 Subaru Forester compact SUV won’t find many sitting on retailers’ lots this summer. It’s now among the three most challenging to find new vehicles this summer.
