The 2023 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition Limited is a new trim level for the 3-Row family hauler. Is it worth the cost?

The Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition Limited is new for the 2023 model year change and gets additional upgrades over the 2023 Ascent Onyx Edition. Check out the latest upgrades and see if they are worth the extra cost.

The 2023 Subaru Onyx Edition is priced at $42,520 and equipped with exclusive black-finish exterior elements, badging, and 20-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the seats are wrapped in Subaru StarTex water-repellant material for durability and easy clean-up. The 2023 Onyx Edition Limited gets the same features but comes with extra upgrades.

The Onyx Edition Limited costs $5,000 more than the Onyx Edition but comes with substantial upgrades.

The new 2023 Onyx Edition Limited trim adds standard convenience features, including Dual-function X-Mode, heated steering wheel (360-degree), LED fog lights, panoramic moonroof, and a cargo cover.

Priced at $47,520, the Onyx Edition Limited comes equipped with a new Surround View Monitor System for "better situational awareness when parking."

Additional features that build on the Onyx Edition include the 11.6-inch Subaru Starlink Multimedia Navigation system, DriverFocus Distraction Mitigation System, 12-way power driver's seat with 4-way power lumbar and two-position memory, adjustable driver's seat cushion extension, a 4-way power front passenger seat, second-row outboard heated seat positions, second-row sunshades, and exterior power mirrors with 2-position memory synchronized with driver's seat position memory.

Standard dual USB-A input/charge ports are included in the third row, bringing the total number of ports to six.

What is the price of all 2023 Subaru Ascent trim levels?

The 2023 Subaru Ascent base starts at $35,120, and Premium trims begin at $39,180. The Ascent Onyx Edition starts at $42,520, the upper Limited starts at $42,820, the new Ascent Onyx Edition Limited is priced at $47,520, and the top-trim Touring has a starting MSRP of $49,420. Pricing includes destination and delivery fees now $1,225 (+$50).

How much did the 2023 Subaru Ascent trim levels increase in price?

The Base trim gets a $1,150 price increase, Premium +$2,710, Onyx Edition +$2,850, Limited +$1,550, and Touring +$2,300.

Priced at under $50,000, the new 2023 Ascent Onyx Edition Limited gets substantial upgrades. With Dual-function X-Mode, it's a 3-Row SUV for active families who want to get further off the beaten path and has the extra features families want. The 2023 Ascent arrives in Subaru retailers this winter.

Please send me the information of Subaru Forester 2023 model as I have already booked it to buy. If there is not enough change then I am considering to but Subaru Outback 2023. What is your opinion. Thanks.
