Why the 2022 BRZ has a chance to win

The 2022 BRZ gets a complete redesign from the ground up and is powered by a new naturally-aspirated direct and port fuel injection 2.4-liter Boxer engine. The BRZ is still the most affordable rear-drive sports car around the globe.

What is the price of the 2022 Subaru BRZ?

The new 2022 Subaru BRZ Premium with a 6-speed manual gearbox has a starting price of $28,955. BRZ Premium with an automatic transmission starts at $30,555. The Limited (6-speed manual) has a starting MSRP of $31,455. The Limited with an automatic transmission starts at $33,255. All pricing includes destination and delivery fees.

The 2022 BRZ is popular with sports car enthusiasts

Because of its affordability and new design, the 2022 BRZ is a big success and has already sold out because the sports car’s initial order allotment was met. Subaru of America has stopped 2022 BRZ orders, and a report from Kelly Blue Book says if you want a new BRZ, you’ll have to wait a year.

KBB says, “Subaru has taken as many orders as it can fill for the 2022 model.” A report from CarsDirect says Subaru of America stopped accepting orders for the 2022 BRZ on January 13.

The second-generation 2022 Subaru BRZ is lighter, faster, safer, and stays affordable with a new trim level that costs less than the previous generation price. Subaru of America is selling as many as they can get. The BRZ has an excellent shot at the WCOTY award. Stay tuned.
