The 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt made its grand debut earlier this year at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show and last week, the first of the new movie-themed pony cars rolled off of the assembly line in Flat Rock, Michigan – and the company put together a short video showing the car coming to life.

So far, the return of the Bullitt is the biggest news for the 2019 Ford Mustang and while there are rumors of a new Shelby GT500 on the horizon, the 475-horsepower movie-themed muscle car is currently the hottest item in the 2019 Mustang lineup. Last week, the very first new Bullitt Mustang was built at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant and the Motor Company made a short video showing the final touches being applied followed by the car driving off of the line.

Building the Bullitt
The video below shows the first 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt coming down the assembly line as the final steps of production are completed. We get to watch as the white ball shift knob and the unique Bullitt steering wheel are installed, followed by a look at the engine bay with the Bullitt branded strut tower brace.

Finally, the trunk slams shut and the Bullitt logo in the middle of the taillight panel is staring back at us.

The video then jumps to the front view, where we watch as someone starts the first Mustang Bullitt and drives it off of the line to the right, at which point the video ends. Unfortunately, it is so loud in the plant that we can’t hear the 475-horsepower engine running over the factory noise, but with the first new Bullitt Mustang nearing delivery, it is only a matter of time before more of these cars reach dealerships and new owners around the country.

In the meantime, check out the video of the first production Bullitt Mustang for 2019 rolling off of the Flat Rock Assembly Plant line.

Like I've been saying for the past couple of months this thing as a GT350 intake it makes 485 horsepower and when the GT350 is discontinued take that engine and as much stuff from the GT350 that you can cram it or regular 2018 Mustang and create a boss 302. When the GT500 goes on sale there will be no more GT350 which leave a spot in the Mustang lineup for an affordable track weapon
