Collectors of Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat toys had better put on their internet hunting hat, as the newest miniature Mopar muscle is car made by the company Siku and this Sublime SRT Hellcat is only planned for sale in Europe.

Over the past few years, we have looked at a wide variety of toy cars based on the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat, as the popularity of the 707 horsepower muscle car has made it just as popular with the folks who can’t get the actual car – so they instead collect miniature versions. We have previously looked at toy Hellcats from Hot Wheels, Greenlight, Jada and Majorette, among others but the newest Hellcat Challenger toy car might be the toughest one for collectors to track down – as it is only slated for sale in Europe.

The Siku Hellcat Challenger
The odds are good that if you have never lived in Europe or you have never hunted for European-sold toy cars online, you have never heard of the brand Siku, but they are the latest company to offer a miniature diecast Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Like the rest of their products, the Hellcat Challenger is only slated for sale in Europe, but with the popularity of the supercharged Dodge in the toy collector’s market, this piece is bound to end up on eBay.

As you can see in the image above, the Siku Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is painted metallic Sublime green, with black wheels and a black interior. The body is metal with opening doors and the wheels/chassis are plastic, similar to most toy cars on sale today. Also, this Hellcat Challenger is slightly larger than the 1/64th scale Hot Wheels Hellcat, so we can expect it to be similar in size to the recently released Majorette Hellcat Challenger (which began hitting the pegs at Toys R Us just last week).

For those who are into collecting diecast cars more heavily, this Siku Hellcat Challenger is semi-premium item, with greater attention to detail (plus the opening doors) than your average Hot Wheels item, but it is not quite as detailed as the cars from companies like Greenlight or M2.

The fact that they are only sold in Europe will likely drive up the prices on eBay, but after the initial rush to get the Siku Hellcat Challenger, this should be a relatively affordable piece – if you can find one.

As a Siku fan searching for pictures of the upcoming models for september, I stumbled upon this picture of the Dodge in it's retail packaging. Via which source did you get this image? I am asking because there might be other images of other still to come products.
