Tesla Showrooms With Cybertruck Are Getting Packed: The World Isn't Ready For The Cybertruck

We've got some images of a Tesla showroom with a huge crowd of people wanting to look at the Tesla Cybertruck. This is going to continue as Tesla releases this truck. The world isn't ready.

Tesla Cybertruck: Halo Effect

If you've been following the news about the Cybertruck here on TorqueNews, then you've probably heard about how the Cybertruck will produce a halo effect for Tesla. We are seeing this now with show rooms getting packed with curious people wanting to know more.

The Cybertruck is hopefully going to be priced in a way that makes it cheaper than any alternative. In my view, this will make it very difficult for prospective customers wanting to buy a truck EV to buy something other than the Cybertruck. Only a long wait would be a negative.

The Cybertruck is now being brought to different show rooms by Tesla for public display, and this is also starting to draw a lot of attention. Here are the current locations you can find a Cybertruck.

  • 860 Washington St., New York, NY 10014
  • 333 Santana Row, San Jose, CA 95128
  • 6692 Auto Center Dr., Buena Park, CA 90621
  • 4545 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92122
  • 2223 N Westshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607
  • 9140 E. Independence Blvd., Matthews, NC 28105
  • 4039 NE 1st Ave., Miami, FL 33137
  • 901 N. Rush St., Chicago, IL 60611
  • 223 Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA 98004
  • 19820 Hempstead Hwy., Houston, TX 77065
  • 5700 S. Broadway, Littleton, CO 80121 (expected 11/28/2023)

The World Is Not Ready For the Cybertruck

Tesla is smart to keep people from getting a hold of a Cybertruck without giving them a non-disclosure agreement. It's causing curiosity and a frenzy as people want to see the Cybertruck for themselves.

Of course, this didn't stop someone from sharing a video of the Cybertruck UI while it was charging. This video gave away important information about the charging, which helped deduce the approximate range of the Cybertruck.

The Cybertruck will also be able to hopefully take advantage of the new V4 Superchargers that are starting to spring up in the U.S. These will allow up to 350 kW charging.

There might be another reason for Tesla showing off the Cybertruck, and it is to get people interested in Tesla. Even if they don't buy a Cybertruck, they may buy another Tesla vehicle.

Of course, we will keep you up-to-date with any new information about the Cybertruck, so stay tuned for more updates!

Hi Badnder,
Torque News has different reporters, who each specialize in a particular model or brand coverage. Some reporters focus only on Cybertruck, while others, like Denis Flierl, focus exclusively on Subaru. You are welcome to only follow his coverage for Subaru news and ignore the Tesla news.
