This is going to be a refresh model year like no other. The 2020 Sequoia has updates, including a new TRD Pro model. Tundra has valuable updates coming. And don’t even get me started on the 4Runner, as it has major updates to both safety and multimedia components.
Although I am very much looking forward to these Toyota trucks and SUVs, I am most excited for the updates coming for the 2020 Tacoma.
Multimedia improvements on the 2020 Tacoma
For those drivers and passengers who enjoy multimedia features and convenience, you should be very pleased with the 2020 Toyota Tacoma. First off, look for larger multimedia touch screens. No more of these 6.1” screens that just look a little too small for the interior cabin. Most of the Tacoma models, including the SR5 and up will feature a much larger 8” screen, while the SR grade level will have a larger 7” touch screen.
Also, big news for both Android and iPhone users, as 2020 Tacoma has standard across-the-board Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I have seen Android Auto already in both the 2020 Tundra and the 2020 4Runner and people will really enjoy this popular application. Using them makes it so much easier to work navigation functions, to search for and play your music and to make and receive calls and texts.
2020 Tacoma uses new cameras to help guide the way
Anyone who off-roads knows the paths less traveled can often be treacherous. You never know when a stump, rock or some brush will impede your plan of attack.
Toyota has installed available Panoramic View and Multi-Terrain Monitors in several trim levels for the 2020 Toyota Tacoma. These cameras will help drivers by allowing them to see all around the vehicle, including in front of, along the sides of, and behind their trucks. You can also see underneath your Tacoma as well.
Power Driver’s Seat is coming to 2020 Tacoma
One of the most underrated features inside any car, truck or SUV is a power-adjustable seat. For years I have heard Tacoma fans asking and pleading for this feature to be added, and it is finally coming to the 2020 Tacoma.
All V6 Tacoma models starting at SR5 and above will have standard power driver’s seat. This way drivers both shorter and taller will finally be perfectly comfortable while on that next long road trip.
What do you think about 2020 Tacoma?
There will be many new updates and additions both standard and available on the 2020 Toyota Tacoma. This is an exciting time to be shopping for a new midsize truck. Among these features are new grilles, taillight designs and wheels.
I guess we can also mention the TRD Pro that will be offered in the exclusive TRD Army Green color. This model is going to be an incredibly challenging vehicle to get, just like the 2020 4Runner Army Green is already proving to be.
What features are you most looking forward to with the Tacoma? Are you going to be shopping for a new Tundra, Tacoma, 4Runner or Sequoia this year, and what features will you be looking for?
Thanks for reading everyone. See you next story.
