Model maker Playsam honors 2017 Volvo S90, V90 with wood replica

As a big fan of Scandinavian design, I was taken by the uncluttered sweeping body line of Volvo’s latest sedan and estate wagon offerings. The 2017 Volvo S90 captures the imagination as to the drive to come while exuding an understated elegance proprietary to the maker.

The same can be said of the reinvented V90 Estate. On a recent trip to Spain, I had the rare opportunity to experience both on the road to Malaga. You may share that adventure with me here.

I’m a model guy. If you were to step into my work space, you’d most likely be attracted to my obsessive collection of plastic, metal and wood car, truck and motorcycle models. They're much easier to maintain than the real thing, yet bring back fond memories of glory days past.
