Subaru Crosstrek Special Edition in “Pure Red” Arrives This Summer

It’s a limited edition 2016 Subaru Crosstrek crossover and only 1500 will be available in the U.S. It’s the Special Edition in “Pure Red” model and it’s coming this summer. What does the purchase price of $25,595 get you?

Extra red inside and out

The 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Special Edition in “Pure Red” is based on the 2.0i Premium. If you like red, it comes splashed with the “Pure Red” color all over the exterior. It also comes with matching foldable mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Inside this Subaru crossover gets more red accents with red stitching accents on the leather-wrapped shift lever handle, steering wheel and door panels. Other features unique to this model includes red interior dash trim with a black inlay. Also, red interior ambient lighting creating a soft red glow onto the front floor area and storage space below the climate control greets you upon entering the cabin.

Standard features

Other standard goodies on the limited edition model include heated front seats, heated exterior mirrors and windshield wiper de-icer, power moonroof, instrument panel with color LCD, keyless access with push-button start, and Blind Spot Detection / Rear Cross Traffic Alert System (which includes Lane Change Assist). It also comes with the Subaru STARLING 6.2” multimedia system.

The 1500 U.S bound 2016 Crosstrek Special Edition “Pure Red” crossovers will begin arriving in showrooms this June. It’s priced at $26,445 including destination ($850).
