Toyota App allows creating car's auto-biography

Animating your Toyota's life by hand would require expert drawing skills and months of free time. Luckily, Auto-Biography lets you submit the tale of your car and turn it into a custom animated short in just minutes.

Toyota's auto-biography app is a Facebook app. It can be accessed at http://bit.ly/pVH9yz. However, the user must agree to give up some privacy. In fact, you need to give Toyota an "irrevocable license" to use your submitted materials about your car and its history.

By submitting a story, photo or video, the user will need to grant Toyota a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such materials, user's Facebook username, profile picture, story location and story date in all media whatsoever, now known or hereafter developed. All of this is given up without limitation.

On Facebook user already tried it by commenting a little bit about her Toyota. "I love my 2001 sienna. Left ny 3 weeks ago for cross country trip with my dad. It had 236,000 miles when we left. Today she's getting a new alternator in casper, wy. Figure she has at least another 100k in her," Bethany Moss Parks writes.
