Want a new Nissan Juke NISMO RS? It's available now in dealerships nationally with a price tag starting out lower than you might think.

Nissan has announced U.S. pricing for the Juke model lineup. The Juke S Xtronic FWD, the little crossover's base model, starts at $18,990 and prices move up from there, with the new Juke NISMO MT (manual transmission) FWD priced at $22,990 and the NISMO Xtronic AWD at $25,290. The top-line non-NISMO offering is the Juke SL Xtronic AWD at $25,990. Prices do not include destination.

So how much is the new NISMO RS version? The race-inspired Juke NISMO RS adds sporty exterior and interior cues plus enhanced performance over the standard Juke models (including the NISMO). It's best-in-class 215 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque are awesome in such a small crossover. Add to this more structural rigidity and larger brakes to handle that higher power and you have a great sports cross.

So what does it cost?

The 2014 Juke NISMO RS with a six-speed manual transmission in front-wheel drive is $26,120 while the Juke NISMO RS with Xtronic CVT in all-wheel drive is $28,120.

That price includes the most premium interior the Juke offers as well. Recaro front seats, carbon fiber-look finishers, red-and-black color theme suede, Alcantara leather.. It's a step above the already well-done interior of the Juke NISMO and SL models.
