Mercedes-Benz three-peats as Best Place to Work in New Jersey

For the third consecutive year, Mercedes-Benz has been named the Best Place to Work in New Jersey by an august coalition of groups, including the Employers Association of New Jersey, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and the State Chamber of Commerce.

Mercedes-Benz is the only automaker that made the list and took top honors for companies with over 250 employees.

"MBUSA has a long tradition of corporate citizenship here in the Garden State and we thank our associates for their dedication that has led to continued success here at our national headquarters in Montvale and our regional offices in Parsippany and Robbinsville," said Stephen Cannon, president and CEO, MBUSA. "To continue to receive this recognition in a recovering economy is a true statement of how we are driven to deliver exceptional customer experience to our many customers here in New Jersey and across the country."

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program names 100 companies divided by size. Fifty-two are small to medium-sized companies employing from 15 to 249 workers. The other 48 are large companies with over 250 employees.

To qualify, companies had to have no less than 15 employees in state as a commercial, nonprofit or government concern with, most importantly, at least one facility in New Jersey.
