KBB Reports Camry Is Best Deal
Last month Torque News reported that KBB found the 2014.5 Camry to be the best car deal in the land. At that time, we brought to our readers’ attention that the new 2015 Camry would be coming soon. Indeed the new Camry is now on its way and will be on dealer lots this week and next depending upon allocations. The new Camry is redesigned and has a completely new body and interior, as well as mechanical changes. The drivetrains and fuel economy will be the same.

2014.5 Camry and New 2015 Camry Starting to Overlap
It is an open secret that Toyota is discounting the 2014.5 Camry to make room on the lot for the incoming wave of all-new 2015s. That does not mean that buyers of the existing model are making a mistake of any kind. The current, 2014.5 Camry has the highest safety rating possible, the IIHS Top Safest Pick Plus, and it is a Consumer Reports Recommended vehicle. It also offers excellent fuel economy, and can be had with a powerful V6 engine, something becoming rare in its segment. Toyota also enjoys the highest quality ranking in almost every survey.

Camry Selling For About 15% Off Sticker
The real news is that the top-selling Camry SE trim is selling for about 15% off its MSRP. TrueCar says that the Camry Se 4-Cylinder has a market average price of just $21,576. That translates to an average monthly payment of about $310 according to the company.
