Nissan Releases Titan Truckumentary 9, 'Making the Grade'

In this episode of Nissan's Titan Truckumentary series, the Titan's testing in Arizona is highlighted again, this time for off-road and mountain climbing.

Testing for the 2016 Nissan Titan pickup truck and development of the all-new Titan XD has been long and hard. With trucks ready to enter dealerships in a few days, the testing conducted at Nissan's Arizona testing center will soon be proved out in the real world.

In this episode of the Truckumentary series, Nissan highlights the off-road testing and mountain climbing the Titan XD underwent in Arizona at Montana Mountain in the Tonto National Forest.

Another legendary Arizona driving scene featured in this episode is the grade at Davis Dam, which allows engineers to gauge the ability of their trucks to tow heavy loads under high heat at a serious incline. These sorts of tests are crucial in validating the vehicle's ability to meet new industry towing standards such as the Society of Automotive Engineer's (SAE) J2807.
