2025 Ram 1500 Warlock Hoping to Cast a Spell on Value Conscious Buyers

When Ram announced its new lineup for 2025, it included the Warlock. The truck is designed for buyers who want a new truck with a better price.

Ram’s update this week about its new truck lineup included great news for buyers who want a sporty off-road vehicle without the huge price that many off-road trucks are commanding. Ram is bringing back its Warlock trim package but it is now offering it on the newly designed 2025 Ram 1500, not just the older classic version. The 2025 Ram Warlock adds a one-inch lift straight from the factory, as well as some of the Rebel’s off-roading equipment. It does not offer all of the bells and whistles found on the top-of-the-line Rams, like huge touchscreens. What it does offer is a capable off-roader at a much lower price. The 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock starts at $54,260, plus a $1,995 destination charge. I reported earlier this week about the 2025 Ram 1500 RHO, as well as the 2025 Ram Rebel X.

2025 Ram 1500 Warlock Capability and Value

The 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock features a black grille with R-A-M lettering. The somewhat sinister looking Warlock rides on 18-inch black painted aluminum wheels. To improve its off-roading credentials, the Warlock adds Bilstein front and rear shocks, a 1-inch factory lift and skid plates. Ram groups the Warlock with its specialized sportier, off-road vehicles.

Ram lists its available off-road truck lineup as:

  • 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel
  • 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock
  • 2024 Ram 2500 Power Wagon
  • 2024 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Rebel
  • 2025 Ram 1500 RHO will join the list when it becomes available in the third quarter

To differentiate the Ram 1500 Warlock from the rest of the off-road truck lineup, Ram includes:

  • LED headlamps
  • Dual exhaust with black tips
  • Tow hooks
  • Black exterior badging
  • Available Warlock decals on the hood and bedsides.

2025 Ram Warlock Offers Capable Technology

While the new 2025 Ram 1500 RHO offers a 14.5-inch touchscreen, the Warlock has a perfectly capable 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen. It also has a 7-inch driver’s display and a full suite of safety technology. The Warlock features Selec-Speed Control, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot detection, remote start and class-exclusive, second-row, in-floor storage. The Warlock has black cloth seating, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, overhead console, LED bed lighting and power foldaway mirrors. Customers can also add a heated bench seat, black side steps and a spray-in bedliner.

Like the rest of the 2025 Ram 1500s, the Warlock is available with the all-new, more powerful 3.0-liter Hurricane Standard Output SST engine, with 420 horsepower and 469 lb.-ft. of torque. It comes with the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Ram 1500 Warlock is available in Delmonico Red, Flame Red, Hydro Blue, Forged Blue Metallic, Diamond Black, Granite Crystal Metallic, Billet Silver Metallic and Bright White.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock is on sale now and starts at $54,260, plus a $1,995 destination charge.
