Tesla is one of the most well known names in the modern day automotive industry. It is the leading automotive manufacturer for battery powered cars. Yes, that means zero gasoline usage. It is without question that the evil genius behind this company, Elon Musk, has done anything except the abnormal. Their brand released their first car in 2008 and today in 2020 it is one of the most popular and practical options you can get on the market. Tesla’s have entered the market from the top down as they are quickly on their way to meet the $20,000 to $30,000 price mark, but their most popular models are $35,000 and above.

The brand is most noted by their quirky leader, their long range capabilities under one singular charge, their surprising performance aspects, and their cutting edge technology. Currently, the Model S holds the record for the longest range on one charge which was 370 miles, but Elon claims 400 miles is coming soon and also claims that the coming soon 2nd gen Tesla Roadster will not only be the fastest production car, but it will also have a range of 620 miles which is absurd.

The Current Tesla Lineup

  • Teslas Model 3 ————————————— Starting MSRP $35,000
  • Tesla Model S ————————————— Starting MSRP $75,000
  • Tesla Model X ————————————— Starting MSRP $81,000

Tesla and AutoPilot Have Massive Implications

Tesla is helping to launch a transformed future. Tesla Motors is best known for being a disruptor of the automotive industry through its popularization of Electric Vehicles now and not thirty years into the future. Its foray into self-driving cars, or autonomous vehicles, may prove to be equally disruptive of the auto industry.
SolidEnergy super battery for electric cars

Story of a Tesla Fanboy's Fascination With The SolidEnergy Battery

Super batteries for electric cars are announced and crash and burn within weeks of the announcement. Many of them are "laboratory batteries' with short lives, high costs, and impossible to scale up for commercial manufacture. But consider this announcement. In spite of myself, I’m a little excited about it.

Airline Pilot, a Tesla Model 3 Fan, Says It's Laughable To Put Autopilots in Cars With Untrained Masses

As an Airline Pilot, I find it both laughable and horrific that they are putting "auto" pilots in cars that the untrained and undisciplined masses can buy. And I'm a huge Tesla Fan with orders for two Model 3s.

Interior Dimensions and Cargo Space of Tesla Model 3: What We Can Infer

Although nearly 400,000 people have pre-ordered Tesla Model 3, some people may be leery of purchasing a car they haven't driven or seen fully. I mean the interior and the cargo space of Tesla Model 3. We haven't seen Model 3's interior either, but there are certain things we can infer from what we know.
