MIT reports improved mileage of average car mileage missing

While the efficiency of modern engines has been improving for years, a study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology reports most of the efficiency went into carrying the extra weight being added to the cars American’s buy. Basically, they are stating if the engines of today were in the cars of 1980, they would go a lot farther on a gallon of gas.

Fisker claims to be near completion of Karma battery recall
