Bosch to host Power of Innovation media event today

Torque News along with other media organizations have been invited to join Bosch on Nov. 7, 2011, as the company brings together its leadership to address the latest market trends and technological advancements that will impact the car buying consumer – everything from smart navigation and driver assistance systems to estimates on the U.S. market penetration for diesels and hybrids.

As automakers continue to explore new technologies that will help them reach the latest proposed federal CAFE mandate of 54.5 mpg by 2025, success requires OEM investment in expanding their innovative efforts and working collaboratively with suppliers to discover the most efficient and environmental solutions. Bosch, whose name is ubiquitous within the auto industry due to the vision of its founder, Robert Bosch, is one such supplier with the knowledge and expertise.
