Jeep Shows Grand Cherokee and Liberty Premium Trims

Jeep is getting ready to ride into Los Angeles and their first order of business are new versions of the Grand Cherokee and the Liberty. They will basically be upscale versions of the base models with more chrome and a higher price tag.

The Grand Cherokee Overland Summit is one of the most luxurious vehicles that Chrysler has ever made. On the exterior, Jeep has added a chrome grille, fog lamp bezels and 20-inch rims and painted it Rugged Brown. On the inside, the Jeep will feature Black Olive veneers, two-tone Nappa leather and Berber floor mats.

The latter of the two vehicles, the Liberty Jet, also packs some chrome, but what Chrysler product doesn't. The automaker has put chrome on the wheels, lower grille, side moldings, tailgate, roof rails and mirror housings. The interior packs a nine-speaker audio system and a bevy of standard options.

The Grand Cherokee will set you pack $42,495 for two-wheel drive and if you want four wheels to power the Jeep, you'll pay $45,995. For the Jet package on the Liberty, prices will start at $1,495 to the Liberty Sport or $995 to the Liberty Limited.

Both of these machines will be shown in Los Angeles
