Buick Regal 2011 is the Winner of NADAguides Car of the Year

Finally, a vehicle gets an award that isn’t the Chevrolet Volt. That being said, the car is still made by General Motors, as NADAguides has picked the 2011 Buick Regal as their Car of the Year.

The company had considered the Ford Fiesta, Nissan Leaf and the aforementioned Volt, but they went with the Buick from Germany instead. According to GM, the Regal beat out 10 other would-be winners on the basis of fuel economy, price and performance.

This is just one of the numerous awards that has befallen GM this year. The Volt has already taken home two Car of the Year awards from Motor Trend and Automobile, as well as the Green Car of the Year.

NADAguides has garnished the Regal before, as it won their Car of the Month award back in September.

This award should work well in 2011 Buick Regal's advertisements and we can't wait to see them.
