Nissan JUKE Gets More Extroverted; Exclusive “Black Pearl” Edition is Coming to LA

The 2017 Nissan JUKE gets more extroverted with an exclusive “Black Pearl” Edition. It's coming to the LA Auto Show.

The 2017 Nissan JUKE Black Pearl Edition is easy to understand. It’s super black and features pearl white exterior accents. The Nissan Juke may be the most recognizable small crossover on the road. It doesn’t look like anything else out there. It’s a testament to Nissan’s design department. Now, this special edition super black Juke will be even harder to miss on the road.

It will be exclusive with only 1,250 units being built for North America. Only 1,000 will be sold in the U.S. and 250 in Canada. The new JUKE Black Pearl Edition package has a price of $1,190 US. The 2017 JUKE SV is priced at $22,550 for the front-wheel drive model and $24,400 for the all-wheel drive model.

Nissan is using a name from the past for the new JUKE trim. The name “Black Pearl” doesn’t come from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie. It comes from a name originally used on a limited edition 1978 280Z model.

The new 2017 Nissan JUKE “Black Pearl” Edition will be officially uncovered at the LA Auto Show. Nissan also announced a new NISMO model will be revealed on November 15 in LA. We reported it would be the new Sentra NISMO. Stay tuned.
