Nissan, Wounded Warrior Project Release Short Film from Project Titan

As a Veteran's Day tribute, Nissan and the Wounded Warrior Project have released a short film about the Alaskan trek two wounded veterans took in a crowd-sourced Titan.

The 21-minute short film released to the Nissan YouTube channel and streaming services such as Hulu and XBox Live. It will air on History2 at 8pm PST tonight, 11pm EST.

The film follows two veterans, Wounded Warrior Project Alumni, David Guzman and Kevin McMahon as they enter the Alaskan wilderness for a two week adventure courtesy of Nissan and the Titan fans who designed their truck. The Project Titan truck will be in Houston, Texas today in the 16th Annual Houston Salutes American Heroes Veteran's Day Parade.

"When David Guzman and Kevin McMahon set out on this adventure, it was our goal to capture the excitement in a way that would truly represent the enthusiastic spirit of these American heroes alongside one of the toughest trucks on the planet," said Fred Diaz, senior vice president, Nissan Sales & Marketing and Operations U.S.

The Warriors' ultimate Alaskan adventure was inspired by journalist Joe Byers, who presented his idea of the "ultimate adventure" during a special media event at the 2014 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show and Conference in Las Vegas.
