When Will the New Model Y Come Out?

The new Model Y "Juniper" will most likely come out next year some time and will likely have upgrades similar to what the new Model 3 "Highland" had, including a back row second screen.

I expect the aero-dynamics to be improved somewhat and the range to be slightly higher. I do not expect the new version to have any significant advancement as far as batteries are concerned.

At some point, CATL will release an upgraded LFP battery that will eventually be put in the standard range Model Y (and Model 3). That will be a good time to upgrade your Tesla, especially if the range in that new battery gives you a big boost.

Tesla may also release the RWD long range Model Y (and RWD long range Model 3) in the U.S. at some point and for those looking for longer range, these two vehicles may be what you're looking for.

We'll keep you posted on any new updates to the Tesla Model Y!
